These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the vgd99 platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "your"). By accessing the platform or opening an account, you are considered to have fully accepted all of these terms and conditions. 2.1 Age Restriction

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same individual or family members is prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses earned will be cancelled.

4.1 Deposit Rules

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the total of the deposit and bonus amount.

For example: if you deposit ৳2,000 you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus. Total funds ৳4,000. To become eligible for withdrawal you must place a total of ৳40,000 (4,000 × 10) in bets.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own terms and conditions, which supplement the main terms.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus will be cancelled and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

• Transferring from one bonus offer to another is not possible.

5.3 VIP Program

vgd99's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Members can advance to higher tiers through regular play.

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

6.1 Game Results

The outcome of every game on the vgd99 platform is determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair play. If a technical error in a game result is proven, that game will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game and event has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed in the game interface. vgd99 reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

6.3 Sportsbook Rules

The following rules apply to betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL and T20 World Cup), football and other sports:

• Bets placed before an event begins are valid.
• Separate rules apply for live betting.
• If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Official announcements from the relevant sports governing body are final for determining results.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Bonus abuse or placing artificial bets to meet bonus conditions.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Any form of hacking or manipulation of the platform's software or systems.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Collusion or syndicate betting with the intent to defraud or harm the platform.

• Placing bets using automated bots or software.

8.1 Service Availability

vgd99 makes reasonable efforts to keep the platform active at all times. However, vgd99 will not be liable for temporary interruptions caused by maintenance, technical issues or unforeseen circumstances.

8.2 Third-Party Services

8.3 Network and Connectivity Issues

If any clause of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue in full effect without that clause.
